Code Text Description Cause Check Procedure Technical Support Notes 2502 High condensate alarm The indoor unit drain float has detected a high water level in the drip tray. Check the indoor drip tray for water. If there is excessive water then there may be an issue with the internal pump or drains. If the tray is dry or hasn’t enough water to lift the float switch then check the float switch for continuity. If the switch is lifted the circuit should be made. If the switch is down then the circuit should be open. The internal lift pump is not activated by the float switch, the pump is activated when cooling mode is selected. This fault is triggered by the float switch circuit closing. JosephUnfok
