So — been using this thing for maybe five months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, so thought I’d chuck my thoughts in since a mate asked me a few days back. Am in the UK, mainly bet football and racing, a fiver here and there, for context.

The reason I started using it was actually a bit daft — I never could get my head round what an each way payout actually came to with 1/5 odds a place. I’d just wing it and moan when the payout landed. These days I punch the numbers in before I place anything, even the boring singles.

Their single bet calculator is the bit I’m on daily — you drop in your stake, the odds and it shows profit and total return instantly, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. Same tool covers the bigger stuff — doubles and trebles returns, lucky 15 and lucky 63, patents and yankees, which is where I’d always lose track. If you want a look, it’s here sports odds converter — free, no signup.

The thing that really shifted things for me is the nerdier bits. The odds-to-probability thing that shows what margin’s baked in, plus a kelly tool — I stick to fractional kelly as the full version is far too aggressive. Dutching calculator is handy too if I’m splitting a race.

It’s not perfect mind. The interface is very functional, let’s say — zero flash, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. Phone-wise it’s fine although the acca grid are a squeeze. Also there’s no app, it’s browser only — slight shame but worth saying.

Right, that’s me. Costs nowt, no ads shoved in your face, does the job. If anyone honestly does the maths on paper, try it — it’s saved me plenty of “wait, that’s it?” moments.
